Phase One: The Great Unlearning — Executive Summary The Objective To transition from "Performing Agility" (Agile Theatre) to "Reclaiming Excellence" (Indigenous Agility). We are moving the student's mindset from the Western Machine (cold, process-heavy, individualistic) to the African Village (warm, flow-heavy, communal). The Three Core Movements 1.1 The False Start: We identify the "Agile Theatre"—the ceremonies we do only because a framework told us to. We admit where we are failing so we can stop wasting energy on "Corporate Performance." 1.2 African Business DNA: We rediscover that agility isn't new to us. We look at the resilience of the marketplace and the oral tradition to find the high-speed "DNA" already present in our culture. 1.3 The Anchor: We establish the "Uujima Mindset." We stop using imported anchors and drop our own—values that are rooted in our specific organizational soil. The Critical Shift From: "How do I follow this Uujima guide?" To: "How do I weave my people into a high-performance flow?"
